PERSONAL USE

You has the right to:

1. Utilize the graphics/designs to create personal scrapbook layouts and projects (printed and/or digitally).
2. Alter these images to fit your scrapbooking needs, including resizing, re-coloring and cropping as long as credit is given to the designer.
3. Create back-up copies for personal use.
4. You may submit works created with these graphics to online galleries, magazines, and other publications, with proper credit given to eqrAveziur.
5. I allow blog design as long as the blog designs are flattened, no templates are made. Personal and Commercial blogs (where the owner earns money on the blog or through a store, etc. linked on the blog) require special written permission.
6. S4O / S4H friendly.

You may not:

1. Download the graphics/designs in the name of a legal entity and distribute or use them for any financial gain.
2. Share, loan, copy, rent, sell or distribute the graphics/designs or a derivative or rip them apart or add them to any collections.
3. Offer a product created from these graphics/designs and resells them, redistribute them in any way or share or pass on to others.
4. You may not share any download file links with anyone.
5. You may not re-color or decolorize any items with the intention to add to your own kits or to redistribute or sell or claim as your own.
6. You may not make any graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
7. You may not make rubber stamps, make cross stitch kits or add them to Software Programs.
8. You may not include any elements in this kit to add to your own kits either for free or for commercial use.
9. You may not claim copyright to your finished designs.
10. Do not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.


COMMERCIAL USE

You has the right to:

1. Use any CU graphic elements for your commercial work such as kits for resale and/or S4H/S4O jobs.
Please notice that this permission in no way extends to large companies; it is intended for small businesses only.
2. Alter these images to fit your design needs, including resizing, re-coloring and cropping.
3. Create back-up copies for personal use.
4. You may submit works created with these graphics to online galleries, magazines, and other publications.
5. Use these graphics for design purposes on personal or commercial websites.
6. No credit required, but gladly appreciated.

You may not:

1. You may not share any download file links with anyone.
2. You may not give away these items as CU and/or PU for freebies.
3. No CU for CU unless the opposite is mentioned. You can not create other CU products from my CU graphics.
4. Do not use more than 25% of my products together of your finished product.
